Veterans' Home Care

annecto is now providing Veterans' Home Care (VHC) services in Far West (NSW) Macquarie (NSW), Loddon Mallee(VIC), Northern Metro (VIC) and Western Metro (VIC) regions. Veterans' Home Care is a program that assists eligible veterans, war widows and widowers to continue living in their how home as they age.   

 The program provides in-home services to support so you can live in your own home. 

The VHC Services include: 

• Domestic Assistance  

• Personal care – assistance with showering, dressing and grooming 

• Safety - related Home and Garden Maintenance

• Respite Care to provide a break for carers

• CVC Social Assistance.

You may be eligible for support through VHC if you are a Gold or White Card holder living at home, and have been assessed as needing home care assistance by a VHC Assessment Agency.
