We want to hear from you and encourage you to share your feedback to ensure you experience a better quality of service

Feedback may come in the form of sharing positive comments with staff, things that have gone well, improvement suggestions, achievements, or concerns involving services, staff, and/or volunteers.

Feedback such as complaints and concerns are also very important and may involve a disagreement over the delivery of a service, expectations, areas of responsibility, decision making or someone’s behaviour.

If you are seeking a response, this will be provided within 14 days. In some cases, annecto may require further advice. If this is the case, we’ll ask you for your permission first.

How to share what’s on your mind
